Once your return request is submitted, the Olobaby team will swiftly process it. We'll ensure it adheres to our returns policy and subsequently:

  • Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, you'll receive an email confirming the refund (or exchange) to your card, provided the item meets our return policy.
  • Detailed information about your return will also be accessible within your account.
  • Kindly note that the duration for your bank to complete the refund may vary based on their processing time.

In instances where a return doesn't comply with our returns policy, we'll be in touch via phone or email to discuss the matter. Should your return not meet the policy's criteria, you will be responsible for return shipping costs back to yourself.

Returns Policy

Feel secure knowing that most new, unopened items can be returned for a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of delivery. Subsequently, you have 14 days to return the item to Olobaby. It's imperative to ensure that items are returned with their original packaging in resalable condition. Items must remain unused and in their original state, complete with all accessories. Items that have been partially or fully constructed unfortunately cannot be accepted for return.

In the event of an error on our part, we'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Items covered by warranty after 30 days
  • Mattresses
  • Potty Pads
  • Items that have been partially or fully constructed

Any returned item not adhering to the returns policy will incur a £10 charge for redelivery to you.

Customized or bespoke items, including those with names or personalization, are non-returnable.

You can expect your refund within approximately four weeks from the time you hand over the package to the shipper. This includes the time for transit (5 to 10 business days), processing (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's refund processing time (5 to 10 business days).

Missing / Incorrect Items

It is imperative to inspect your items upon delivery to ensure all ordered items have been received. Claims for errors in picking must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods. Similarly, claims for goods damaged in transit must be brought to our attention within 3 days of receipt to initiate a claim against the delivering courier.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs charges upon entry to your country. Any associated duties must be researched and paid upon goods' arrival. We will not refund orders where duties have not been paid.

Faulty Items

As a consumer, you have rights when purchasing goods from a business. If you've received a faulty item, please reach out via our Contact Us form. We'll guide you through the process, which may involve providing batch numbers, barcodes, or images for prompt assistance. All reports of faulty items or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of delivery.
